CBT teaches you to manage the thoughts your identity produces, but liberation shows you that you were never the identity generating those thoughts in the first place—dissolving the source rather than endlessly managing its output. The difference isn’t better thought replacement; it’s recognizing you are the awareness in which all frameworks appear, not the prisoner requiring constant cognitive maintenance to survive inside them.
